Step-by-step guide to secure admission under RTE quota
Application Process
Online Registration
Visit the official RTE Admission/Ujjwal portal and create an account with valid details
Document Upload
Upload required documents Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) certificate and Child's Aadhar certificate
School Selection
Choose preferred schools within your neighborhood (0-1 km radius)
Submit Application
Review all details and Final Submit the application before the deadline
Document Verification & Admission
Selected candidates must report to the alloted Block Education Office on the date specified by the department, along with original documents supporting their admission claim
Lottery & School Allocation
Wait for the computerized lottery results based on randimization process and seat allocation announcement by the Result Validation Committee
Required Documents
Important Note
All documents should be self-attested copies. Original documents may be required for verification during the admission process. Ensure all certificates are valid and current.
If the applicant fails to provide valid supporting documents for the admission category (EWS/Disadvantaged Group), the application will be rejected.
In accordance with the RTE Neighbourhood criteria, the school will verify that the applicants's address falls with in 0-1 KM radious of the schools. Applications outside the limit will be rejected.
Admission granted via online lottery allotement of school to a child will be on provisional basis, to be confirmed only after the documents are verified by the alloted BEO Level committee.
The admission of the child shall be cancelled in case the documents submitted by the applicant at the time of admission or at later stage are found to be forged/fake/incorrect/manipulated etc. and strict penal actionshall follow on the parents/guardians of the child.

RTE Admission Monitoring Committee
Block Level Committee
BLC will be constituted by the concerned DEEO in each block by following members
1) Concerned Block Level Officer
2) Any Govt. School Principal of the concerned block decided by the DEEO.
First Appellate Authority at District Level
If a grievance is not resolved by the Block Level Committee with in 10 days, it will be escalated to the First Appellate Authority at District Level, which will consist of DEEOs along with Deputy DEO of the concerned district.
Final Decision Authority (HQ)
In case of aggrieved party is not satisfied by the dicision of the First Appellate Authority at District Level, the Joint Director Officer (Controlling Pvt. School Officer) shall be the final decision authority.
